I recently stayed at Hotel Camino Maya for a few nights while exploring downtown Ruinas de Copán. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk around the town and enjoy the local restaurants. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the open foyer with plants added a beautiful touch to the hotel.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in the heart of a charming town. the decor is beautiful, and the open outdoor seating area on the top floor is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the museum across the street and nearby restaurants.
The parking lot could use some improvement and additional lighting ' safety.

During our Thanksgiving getaway, we had a fantastic time staying in the heart of the local community. the location was ideal for us to immerse ourselves in the local culture and head off on culinary adventures. We found the hotel to be clean with a friendly and accommodating staff. the breakfast was also very delightful and the areas where we spent our time were well-groomed and relaxing.
The cleaning service was a bit of a letdown. Although they kept the rooms tidy and neat, they turned off the cooling system during their routine - which was surprising, as it was hot upon our return.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! We were able to walk to so many different restaurants and attractions, and it was great to be in the heart of the city. The room was also very clean and well-maintained, which was a huge plus. Additionally, the staff were quite friendly and helpful.
There were a couple things that really detracted from our stay. The first was that the room was uncomfortably hot - we were sweating through the night, even with the AC blasting.
